Refund Policy

All refunds will be credited back via check.

Requests for refunds must be received 30 days prior to the start of the event.  The last day to request a refund is midnight Wednesday, June 29, 2011.
Due to arrangements being set, refunds requested after June 29, 2011 cannot be honored.

Hotel Deposits are NON-Refundable

Cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover our processing costs.

There are no exceptions to our Refund Policy.
