Shopmade Carb Sync Gauge

I made this setup from an old vacuum gauge, copper
pipe/caps, needle valve, clothespins and 3/16" rubber
hose to synchronize the carbs on my Valkyrie.
 I made the manifold from 1" copper pipe soldering on end caps and six 1/4" nipples. Before I found the needle valve I had another nipple on the end cap crimped down to stabilize the vacuum impulses |
 I used five clothespins to block all lines but one. After getting a base reading on # 3 I simply moved a pin from the next cylinder to check to line # 3 and so on down the line till all carbs were checked |
