Camping at the River
Just below the dam on AZ. side is Davis Camp, a County facility. There is a fee for entrance and camping , s ome restrooms and outhouses.
North of the dam is Katherine's Landing, run by National Park Service . There is a fee for entrance and camping , nice campsites with restrooms & showers.
Both facilities are on the river or lake and crowded during the River Run. It might be advisable to try to call and reserve a campsite if possible or try to arrive early.
The Kingman KOA is $20/night and a bit farther down
the road, but some folks are staying there.
