It was cool, clear and breezy. What a great day!

I want to thank Greg for setting up the ride and restaurant. He lead the ride as well and it was a nice break for me as I rode drag.

14 bikes and 16 bodies showed up in the chilly morning. Some of us meet for breakfast while others join later for kickstands up. We got off on time and jumped on the 5 fwy for the ride up to Frazier Park. Traffic was light and the wind wasn't to bad although quite breezy. The roads were in great shape and the hills were beautiful. We even has a few water crossings as well. Scheideck Lodge was our first stop for a 25 minute break. As we were leaving Greg has lost his bike key. We all got off and helped him look for it. Carl was the hero and found it for him. I'm sure he'll carry a spare with him from now on. I know I do! The roads were twisty and traffic was light. There were quite a few other motorcycles on the road.

Lunch at  Antonio's was good and they took good care of us. The owner even bought a few 50/50 tickets from us. Greg was the winner of the 50/50 and I understand it was his first time. Mike won a nice VRCC patch donated by Buz. Thanks to Buz and you are welcome to ride with us anytime even though you have a Harley.LOL

After lunch we all made our way home. I headed up north to visit a friend. I had to back track a bit but it was a great day.
