Ride report for the Big Bear ride.

Great riding today everyone.  13 bikes and 15 bodies made it for a nice Sunday ride. We got off on time and headed for Oak Glen for a quick stop. Elmer's brother Richard and Sister in law Ruth took some nice pictures and some video of us along the way. Check them out on the pictures page. Once we got saddled up again it was off to Big Bear. We had to wait for a few minutes along the way while the Sheriff stopped us to let a large group of bikers pull out onto the hwy. They held us up for a while but that was ok. The weather was perfect so we didn't mind going a little slower. They made a left while we made a right and took a loop around Baldwin Lake. Baldwin was mostly dry but a nice ride all the same. Our next stop was at the cultural center  for a bit for a break and a look around.  There were quite a few boats on the lake as well as people fishing from the shore.

Sizzler took good care of us again and we all had a filling lunch. Buz was the big 50/50 winner. After lunch some of us made our way back down  hwy 18 along the rim. A bit hazy but a nice view anyway.

Thanks to all and hope to see you in July for the Coast Ride.

Dave
