InZane Refund Policy Refund requests must be received before midnight May 9, 2023. All refunds will be sent by check after the InZane event. Because of arrangement deadlines, refunds requested after May 9 2023 cannot be honored. We have to make commitments for dinners, shirts, pins by that date. If you cancel, we still have to pay for all that stuff.Cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover our processing costs. There are no exceptions to our Refund Policy.
